Concussion community conversation

The project

Researchers at Curtin University want to better understand the long-term effects of concussion and improve how concussions are managed. They are using an app to track the recovery of people who have had a recent concussion, and they need your help to ensure the app is user-friendly.

The involvement opportunity

The researchers are holding a community conversation on Thursday 14 August 2025, from 9:30am to 12pm at The Hub, Technology Park Bentley.

The community conversation will allow consumers to test out the app and discuss what improvements can be made.

Skills and experience

Lived experience of concussion is preferred but not essential. All perspectives are welcome.

Other information

Light refreshments and a $70 honorarium payment is offered to attendees.
