CLEAR-Stroke research partners
The project
The CLEAR-Stroke (Clinical Evaluation of Australian Rehabilitation for Stroke) project will evaluate stroke rehabilitation services across WA and help centres to meet global standards. It will help build a better, evidence-based model of care to improve access, quality and recovery for stroke survivors, including those who live in regional and remote WA.

Research partners will help the team to plan and deliver the project in a way that is meaningful to people living with the effects of stroke. Tasks may include:
- Reviewing study materials for clarity and accessibility
- Advising on recruitment and data collection approaches in regional/remote communities
- Helping to interpret findings through a lived experience perspective
- Co-presenting findings or contributing to reports (if interested)
Skills and experience
You need to:
- Live in regional or remote WA, or have prior experience of accessing stroke rehabilitation from regional/remote WA
- Have lived experience of stroke and needed rehabilitation, or lived experience of caring for a person with stroke who needed rehabilitation
