Join our free group fitness classes for Curtin Students and Curtin College students every week during semester! These classes are a perfect, beginner friendly option to trying group fitness for the first time and a great way to take a break during semester. To join, simply register at reception 10 minutes before your class starts.

What is FreeFit?

Free fit is more than just a weekly free group fitness class. We’re all about holistic wellness and empowering students to find their perfect fit in a fun and friendly environment. Whether you’re into high-energy workouts, budget-friendly nutrition tips, or need to unwind with meditation, we’ve got you covered!

Stress less during Study Week!

Take a break from the books and recharge your mind and body! As part of our final FreeFit program for the semester, all Curtin students can enjoy free access to all mind body group fitness classes during study week. This includes Body Balance, Yoga and Shapes classes (20–24 October, Monday–Friday only).

Sign up is simple – just complete the quick online form for each class you attend and show it at reception for your free entry.

How to get involved

  • Sign in daily at reception. First come first served basis.
  • Classes run during semester 1 and 2.
  • Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to the class start time in order to sign in.
  • Bring your student ID or Curtin College ID.
