What is FreeFit?
Free fit is more than just a weekly free group fitness class. We’re all about holistic wellness and empowering students to find their perfect fit in a fun and friendly environment. Whether you’re into high-energy workouts, budget-friendly nutrition tips, or need to unwind with meditation, we’ve got you covered!
How to get involved
- Sign in daily at reception. First come first served basis.
- Classes run during semester 1 and 2.
- Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to the class start time in order to sign in.
- Bring your student ID.
Free Mind Body classes during exams
Take a break from studying and recharge during the exam period with our free Mind Body classes at Curtin Stadium from Monday 1 June to Friday 12 June. Across two exam weeks, students can access additional free Mind Body classes designed to help you de-stress, move your body, and reset between study sessions.
These classes are running in addition to our FreeFit timetable.
