Wellness Plan Appraisals – Semester 1 2026
As part of FreeFit, Wellness Plan Appraisals are back for Semester 1, helping students start the semester with a clear, personalised plan for their health and wellbeing.
All current Curtin University students can book a FREE 60-minute session with a qualified Fitness Instructor to build their Semester 1, 2026 Wellness Plan.
Your session includes:
- A free body scan
- Support to set university, fitness, mental health and nutrition goals
- Guidance on free and student-discounted Sport & Recreation programs available this semester
- Help planning wellness activities into your calendar so they fit around your studies and lifestyle, keeping you mentally and physically on track
Appointments run: Monday 16 February – Sunday 8 March (Weeks 1–3 of semester)
How to get involved
- Sign in daily at reception. First come first served basis.
- Classes run during semester 1 and 2.
- Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to the class start time in order to sign in.
- Bring your student ID.
