Reading time: 1 minute.
Communication Design From Around The World brings together student work from 11 countries, exploring how culture, history and different ways of seeing can shape the way we communicate through design.
Communication design is never culturally neutral. The visual choices designers make — from images and typefaces to symbols and composition — are influenced by the cultures and experiences around them.
This exhibition invites you to explore these different perspectives and deepen your understanding of how meaning is created through communication design.
Whether you’re interested in design, culture or simply curious to see how perspectives from around the world influence creative practice, come along and explore the latest exhibition from the School of Design and the Built Environment.
