From 1 July 2025, RISE has replaced the CHARM system for incident and hazard reporting.
Safety incidents, hazards and psychosocial reports are to be submitted in the RISE system.
How to access RISE
You can access RISE with your Curtin credentials, or locate RISE via the My Campus tab in Student OASIS.
CHARM Risk Assessments and Workplace Inspections remain unchanged and can still be completed in the CHARM system, which is accessible from your RISE dashboard.
