Looking after your mental health is not just something to think about when things feel overwhelming. It can also be something you learn, practise and maintain.

Mental Health Maintenance is a free 6-hour wellbeing literacy training course created by 20Talk to help address the gap in preventative mental health education. The course is designed to help you better understand your mental wellbeing, recognise what may be affecting it and build practical skills to support yourself.

Across the day, you will explore different areas of wellbeing, take part in interactive learning activities and complete your own wellbeing audit. You will also work on a self-care action plan that you can use beyond the workshop.

This is a one-off workshop, so you only need to attend one session.
