Ready to feel stronger, move more and make healthier choices? The Eat Well, Move Strong 6 Week FreeFit Challenge is a free opportunity for you to improve your wellbeing while earning rewards along the way.

Students are invited to take part from Monday 3 August to Sunday 13 September.

Throughout the challenge, you can earn points by building healthy habits, attending exclusive challenge classes and exploring fitness and nutrition resources. The more points you collect, the more prizes you’ll be eligible to win.

As part of the challenge, you’ll receive:

  • A free body scan before and after the challenge to track your progress
  • A workout plan
  • A nutrition seminar
  • Practical nutrition resources
  • Exclusive group fitness challenge classes

Want access to the gym during the challenge? You can add an optional 6-week gym membership for just $75.

There’s also an extra incentive to get started early – the first 50 students to complete their initial body scan will receive a free Carnaby merchandise pack!
