Ready to experience law from a different perspective?
The Curtin Law School is organising an immersive study tour to India from 23 November to 20 December 2026, giving students the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into India’s legal system and compare it with the Australian legal system.
Hosted by O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) and NALSAR, the tour will include opportunities to study different aspects of the Indian legal system, alongside excursions to law firms, courts and sites of historical and cultural significance.
Students will also have the opportunity to visit destinations including Warangal, the Taj Mahal and Rishikesh, known as the Yoga capital of the world.
The study tour is supported by the New Colombo Plan (NCP) Mobility Program, with a $4,000 NCP Travel Grant available to eligible participants.

Unit enrolment: LAWS3022 and COMM3004
Study period: Extended Delivery Period Summer (9 November 2026–5 February 2027)
Applications close: 18 September 2026
Appropriate arrangements will be made for Trimester 3 final exams, if required.
