Want to make a real impact beyond campus?
Curtin students are invited to take part in a Design Jam on 16 April, where creativity and problem-solving will be used to develop ideas that strengthen how volunteer tutors and mentors are recruited and supported.
Delivered in partnership with Achievers Club WA and Act Belong Commit, the event will bring together like-minded Curtin students and industry experts to tackle a meaningful challenge: supporting school students from low socio-economic backgrounds who may be experiencing learning or adjustment difficulties.
Across the day, you’ll collaborate in teams, share ideas and explore practical solutions that can help strengthen tutoring programs and mentoring support for young people who need it most.
If you’re passionate about creating positive change, this is a chance to use your creativity and skills to contribute to something bigger than yourself.
Get involved
The Design Jam is open to all Curtin students, regardless of discipline.
Apply now to be part of a day of collaboration, creativity and real-world impact. Applications close 6 April.
