Domestic students who are wanting to check their Higher Education Loan Balances via myHELPbalance should be aware that the system will having an outage during the following period of time:
- Start: 7:00 PM [AWST], Tuesday 2 September 2025
- End: 4:00 PM [AEST], Friday 5 September 2025.
During this period, myHELPbalance will not be available.
If you are a domestic student accessing HELP loans, please ensure that you have sufficient available HELP balance by your respective study period census date.
If not, you must pay the remaining tuition fees upfront by the due date on your eInvoice.
