Between classes, work, placements, assignments and life admin, it can be easy to push your wellbeing to the bottom of the list.

The free Mental Health Maintenance workshop gives you time and space to pause, check in and learn more about the different factors that can affect your mental health and wellbeing.

Created by 20Talk, this one-day training course focuses on preventative mental health education. You will learn about different dimensions of wellbeing, including physical, emotional, financial, occupational, relational and environmental wellbeing. The session includes interactive activities, practical discussion and a wellbeing audit to help you reflect on where you are currently at.

By the end of the workshop, you will also develop a self-care action plan that can help you keep looking after your wellbeing after the session ends.

This is one of three free one-off workshops, so you only need to attend one date.
