Reformer Pilates is now open at Curtin Fitness Centre and it’s a great new way to mix-up your wellness routine.
So, what is Virtual Reformer Pilates? It’s a low impact but highly effective workout done on a specialised reformer machine with a sliding platform, springs, and straps guided by virtual instructors. Don’t worry if you’ve never tried it before it’s designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and boost balance, all while staying gentle on your body.
Why should you try it? If you’re looking for a workout that strengthens your body, improves control, and helps you feel more focused and balanced, this is definitely worth a go. It’s a perfect addition to your uni life when you want something effective that is not overly intense.
How do classes work? Classes run every day in a dedicated Reformer Pilates studio at Curtin Fitness Centre. You’ll follow guided movements displayed on a screen at the front of the class – simple and easy to follow, even if you’re new.
