What is Virtual Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is performed on a bed-like machine with a sliding platform, springs, and straps. It works multiple muscle groups to build strength, improve balance and flexibility, and enhance body awareness and mindfulness.

How does it work?
Each class takes place in the Curtin Fitness Centre Reformer Pilates studio. Attend a class on the Reformer Pilates timetable and follow along with the movements on a virtual screen at the front of the class.
To access Reformer Pilates, you must first have an existing Gym Only or All-access membership at the Curtin Fitness Centre.
How to do Reformer Pilates?

Visit the Curtin Stadium Reception to add Reformer Pilates to your membership.

Choose a class on the online Pilates timetable and reserve your place. [linked]

Arrive 10-minutes before your class to check-in at Stadium reception.

Enter the Pilates studio and choose your Reformer Pilates machine. If it’s your first time, make sure to watch the induction video before you start your first class
