Reading time: 1 minute

If you’re studying an Education course at Curtin, completing your Working with Children Check (WWCC) is an essential step in your study journey. To make the process simpler, Curtin Connect is now offering dedicated, face-to-face support through bookable appointments.

This new support option connects you with specialised staff who can guide you through your WWCC application, answer any questions, and help ensure everything is completed correctly, saving you time and avoiding delays.

Appointments will be available during the first two weeks of Special Study Period 2 and Study Period 2, with both booked sessions and limited drop-in support available.

When and where:

  • Tuesday 2 & 9 June: 9:30am – 4:30pm
  • Wednesday 3 & 10 June: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Curtin Connect, Building 102

While forms will be available on the day, students are encouraged to collect a WWCC application form in advance from an authorised Australia Post outlet and complete as much as possible before attending.

Who is this for?

This support is specifically for students enrolled in an Education course who are required to complete a WWCC as part of their studies.

If you’re unable to attend in person, Curtin Connect can still assist you with online resources and guidance.

Take advantage of this new appointment-based support to get your WWCC sorted with confidence.
