Shapes is a 45-minute fusion of Pilates, barre and power yoga, designed to sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups. Using small, controlled movements, it improves alignment, boosts flexibility, and delivers a low impact yet intense workout.
Try Shapes from Tuesday 9 September, with the weekly schedule below:
Tuesdays – 6:30 pm
Fridays – 5:30 pm (replacing Core)
Students who have an All-Access membership at the Curtin Fitness Centre can access these new classes for free. $15 casual passes are available at reception for students that have a Gym-only or no membership at Curtin Stadium.
