She is passionate about governance, strategic leadership, and creating positive community impact. She holds an MBA from Curtin Graduate School of Business, completed with Distinction in 2024. She has led complex procurement, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management initiatives, alongside operational transformations that deliver sustainable business outcomes and strengthen organisational capability. Melody has built a reputation for driving strategic change, developing high-performing teams, and embedding governance frameworks that balance risk with commercial outcomes.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Melody is an active contributor to the education sector and leadership development. She serves on the Curtin University MBA and Executive Education Advisory Board and is Chair of the MBA Systems Think Tank, where she provides strategic leadership for the initiative and builds the organisational partnerships that supply real-world case studies, creating opportunities for current students and alumni to connect.
