She has led complex procurement, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management initiatives, alongside operational transformations that deliver sustainable business outcomes and strengthen organisational capability. Melody has built a reputation for driving strategic change, developing high-performing teams, and embedding governance frameworks that balance risk with commercial outcomes.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Melody is an active contributor to the education sector and leadership development.
