Creative’s Arts & English Research Cluster
In 2026, the Creative Education Research Hub was subsumed into the Creative’s Arts and English Research Cluster, with Creativity as both a research focus and a place of intersection for the disciplines. From small beginnings, big things follow, and we are excited to see where these important creative collaborations lead. The Hub webpage will be used to capture, share and document the journey.
News and Coming Events:
World Teachers’ Day 2026
The Curtin School of Education Creative Arts & English Research Cluster will host an event in October 2026 to mark World Teachers’ Day. The theme of the event will be “Teaching as a Collaborative Profession” and we look forward to welcoming colleagues from WA schools and institutions to join us on our beautiful Curtin Campus. A program for the event, which will have a focus on creative collaborations, will be posted here in due course; however, we envisage a panel presentation and other interactive opportunities to celebrate the important work that teachers do across the creative disciplines of Arts and English.
