Taking part in an honours research project is a truly novel way to practise your interview technique!

Preparation is key to your performance during an interview, and that’s why we suggest rehearsing as much as you can. With more and more employers using online platforms, we’ve found you a unique opportunity to gain a sense of what to expect in a video interview.

What’s involved
The research team is looking for volunteers who can attend the Consumer Research Lab at Curtin Business School B408.

You’ll complete an anonymous online questionnaire relating to how interviews make you feel, and then take part in a short 10 minute simulated online video interview, answering four commonly asked questions. You’ll then fill out a final anonymous online questionnaire to reflect on your experience.

All up, it will 30 to 45 minutes, and you’ll receive an Angazi Cafe voucher as a thank you!

Register your interest and the research team will be in touch.
The study runs from Monday 18 July to Saturday 27 August.
