For students with a disability or student carers, finding accessible routes to travel across campus is essential, and we’ve got some resources to help make the process easy and simple.

Our interactive campus map not only gives you straight forward directions to the location you need, but can highlight wheelchair-accessible routes to get there. This digital guide ensures you can plan your campus visits smoothly and efficiently.

For those who prefer an all-in-one digital experience, the Elsie app for iOS and Android is a game-changer. You’re not only able to access your class timetable and study planner, but an interactive Map tile that has an in-built campus map. Accessible Parking and Transport Information:

ACROD parking

Nominated parking bays are available across the campus for ACROD permit holders. Refer to the Curtin Perth map for their locations.

Courtesy bays

A courtesy parking permit is available if you have a short term disability or medical condition that significantly impacts on your mobility and if you are not eligible for an ACROD permit.

The courtesy parking permit allows access to the courtesy bays located around campus.

Bus Services

Curtin runs two regular free bus services, one around campus and the other around neighbouring suburbs.

Public Transport

The only public transport to Curtin Perth is by bus. Curtin is on the Transperth Circle Line that uses wheelchair accessible buses. For more information, visit the Transperth website.

Taxi stands are conveniently located and indicated on Curtin Perth maps.

Parking in Curtin Kalgoorlie

It’s free for Curtin students to park at the Kalgoorlie Campus, and nominated parking bays are available for ACROD permit holders.
