Take the CIVIC-MIND survey and help design mental health programs

We are looking for students to participate in an online survey that seeks to help researchers better understand how COVID-19 has impacted your mental health and wellbeing.

The study is part of a collaboration between health and education researchers from the five Western Australian universities.

Complete the survey now; it takes up to 20-30 minutes to complete and all responses will be strictly confidential.

Your information entered will be stored independent of your contact information (email address) so that your contribution can’t be identifed or traced to you.
