Looking for simple ways to support your wellbeing whilst balancing study, work and life?

Curtin students are invited to take part in a research project trial evaluating a Mindfulness Hub, an online Blackboard resource designed to support student wellbeing and learning.

The Hub would bring together a range of self-paced mindfulness tools and resources that you can explore whenever it suits you. Resources including guided mindfulness practices, stress support, mindful study strategies, wellbeing information and more.

Participating is easy. You’ll complete a short survey, access the Mindfulness Hub over an eight-week period at your own pace, and then complete a follow-up survey to share your experience.

Participants who complete the final survey will also have the opportunity to enter a prize draw for a gift voucher!
