Starting in June, new lifts will be installed in B400, B200B and B209.
This means the existing lifts will be closed while works are being completed. Signs will be installed to help find the stairs.
But, if stairs are not an option and you are:
- a student, please email access.ability@curtin.edu.au to request assistance.
- a staff member, please speak with your manager or email employee.wellbeing@curtin.edu.au for further advice.
Key Closure Dates:
- B400 11 June until mid-August
- B200B 30 June to early September
- B209 15 July to mid-September
During the works, most disruptive noise is scheduled to occur before 8am. However, there may be short periods of intermittent noise during the day, and we appreciate your patience with this.
When the existing lifts are decommissioned, there will be a metallic/oil type of odour. The odour is not dangerous or toxic and may last for several days.
Thank you for your patience.
