Level 7
There are several spaces on TL Robertson Library level 7 that can be booked for events:
The Lantern

The Lantern is a light-filled space with stunning views of the south end of campus, placing you at eye-height of the Henderson Court pines. This space is ideal for workshops, ceremonies and cocktail events.

The Glasshouse

Situated at the centre of level 7, The Glasshouse is a versatile open space with excellent visibility across the floor. It is suitable for showcases, exhibitions and as a breakout catering area for large events.

Prep Space
The Prep Space includes a food preparation area and roof terrace. It is available to book alongside The Lantern or The Glasshouse for catering and events support, or can be booked individually for small events.

Level 4
There are two workshop spaces on level 4 that can be used separately, or together with the removal of a dividing wall. These rooms have in-built audio-visual technology, wall mounted digital screens and a selection of furniture available.

Exhibitions

Our dedicated exhibition space on TL Robertson Library level 3 is perfect for your next exhibition or display.
The space features gallery-quality exhibition panels, flexible lighting and secure display cases. Primarily for exhibitions and displays that speak to the student experience and draw from the Library’s collection, opportunities exists to develop original exhibitions in collaboration with the Library or display existing materials.
A large digital screen, located next to the Library’s main entry point on level 3 is a fantastic option to display footage or digital imagery.
