“Polycrisis” is a term used by international business leaders and analysts to describe our current global context. It is used to highlight the interconnected, antagonistic and unprecedented nature of the developments which now shape the global economy and our social realities.
Understanding the Polycrisis is critical to effective and responsible decision making in today’s business context, providing insight and understanding with which to navigate uncertain terrain. Having the tools to connect the various crises – from climate through to the rise of AI among others – places your decision-making process and its outcomes on stronger ground.
This one-day masterclass will provide participants with resources to assess and interpret how their decision-making can respond to a world experiencing Polycrisis. The workshop will focus on the nature of the Polycrisis, the complex moral dilemmas it raises for responsible decision making, and the consequent need for innovative and daring leadership in our evolving global context.
