Specialisation overview
This specialisation is designed for high achievers in the Bachelor of Communications course who intend to continue their studies and gain a Master of Multimedia Journalism or a Master of Multimedia Journalism (Global).
You will learn and practise fundamental skills in journalism and develop critical and analytical skills through the study of journalism theory, history and ethics.
Once you have completed this specialisation, you’ll be eligible for up to 100 credit points towards your master degree, making it an ideal specialisation to fast-track your postgraduate studies.
Note that you cannot study both the Journalism and Pre-Master Journalism specialisations.
