    Overview

    Overview

If you're interested in pursuing a career in business, this advanced specialisation will help you think strategically and make considered decisions, essential skills for aspiring business leaders.

Whether you’re launching a start-up or working for a major corporation, an effective business strategy is crucial to the long-term viability of a business. Often described as an ‘organisational masterplan’, a clear business strategy outlines a company’s mission, vision, short-term and future goals and helps track outcomes, prepare for next steps and invest in the future. With this specialisation, you’ll learn the importance of long-term thinking in a world that values quick decisions.

You’ll choose to focus on one of the following three units: Corporate Marketing Strategy; Strategic Management; or Strategic Rewards and Performance Management. You’ll then complement your chosen unit with three optional units in key areas including digital marketing strategy, sustainable development, innovation, supply chain and project management.
