  • communicate and facilitate communication in a professional manner and across a variety of platforms, understanding and utilising relevant technologies
  • Understand the discipline of Journalism and apply established knowledge, principles, and professional practices in journalism
  • understand and acknowledge the role of journalism in a globalized world - acknowledge the interrelationship between local, national, and global perspectives and the impact of these on journalism
  • demonstrate professional behaviour and standards and work collaboratively within the legal and ethical parameters of journalism
