Twin Dolphin Hall is UniLodge’s newest student accommodation at Curtin University. The 10-storey halls of residence is located in Curtin Perth’s Exchange precinct.
There are self-contained studios and one-bedroom options – many of which feature extra space to allow for accessibility needs – as well as multi-share rooms for two, four and six people. There are also specialty common spaces on each level for you to relax or study with friends.
Twin Dolphin Hall is named in recognition of the Kujal Kela (Twin Dolphin) songline, one of the Whadjuk Nyungar songlines that pass through Curtin Perth. The songline is integral to local Dreaming beliefs, and follows land markers that tell a story about unbroken connections to ancestral land and the river through cycles of change.

Studio accommodation
Enjoy a little privacy. Choose between a single studio (king single bed only), studio with balcony, accessible studio with a double bed, or an accessible studio with a balcony and a double bed.
Each studio offers:
- a bathroom
- a kitchenette with two hotplates, fridge, microwave and cupboards
- a bedroom with a king single or double bed, air conditioning, study desk, wardrobe, cupboards and chair.
Our accessible apartments are suitable for people with accessibility needs, featuring wheelchair access and handrails to the bathroom.
One-bedroom apartment
Give yourself a bit more space with this large, one-bedroom apartment, featuring a queen-sized bed!
Each apartment offers:
- a bathroom
- a kitchen and dining area with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, cupboards and small table
- a lounge area with a television
- a study desk and chair
- a bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning, walk-through wardrobe and cupboards.
Two-bedroom accommodation
Make privacy your priority, while keeping costs down.
Each apartment offers:
- a shared bathroom
- a kitchen and dining area with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, cupboards and medium table
- a lounge area with a television
- your own bedroom with a king single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, shelving, study desk and chair.
Four-bedroom accommodation
Cut costs and enjoy communal living with two or three others.
You’ll have access to:
- two shared bathrooms
- a kitchen and dining area with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, cupboards and medium table
- a lounge area with a television
- your own bedroom with a king single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, shelving, study desk and chair.
Six-bedroom accommodation
Our budget option, designed for shared living, but with your own private space.
Each apartment offers:
- three shared bathrooms
- a kitchen and dining area with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, cupboards and medium-sized table
- a large lounge area with a television
- your own private bedroom with a king single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, shelving, study desk and chair.
