Academic calendar

The academic calendar contains the dates for standard enrolment events, key study periods and holidays and is created up to three years in advance.

Note that from 2026, the academic calendar has been revised to include an additional non-teaching week in Semesters 1 and 2. You can access the updated 2025 – 2028 calendar at the link below.

Dates may be subject to change. Contact your School for further clarification if required.

Curtin is now adopting a flexible non-standard study period approach for some unit types, examples include practical placements, study tours and similar. If you are enrolled into one of these study periods your specific dates, including your Census Date, will be communicated to you directly.

You can still access the 2025 key dates for your study period if applicable.
