Global Pitching Competition
Calling all entrepreneurs and innovators! Apply now for the Curtin Global Pitching Competition for 2024.
The competition invites current students across all Curtin’s campuses to pitch their idea that can solve a problem, no matter how big or small.
Delivered by Curtin’s Global and Entrepreneurship teams, this competition will help you develop skills in problem-solving, creative thinking, public speaking, and presentation, as well as confidence building, with mentorship and support provided by local academics and entrepreneurship experts along the way.
From the pool of applicants, each campus will select one individual or team to represent their campus and pitch their idea or business solution at global online finale on the 21st August 2024, to be in the running for the grand prize!
Winners will receive tickets to West Tech Fest – Australia’s longest running tech festival – PLUS $6,000 in travel funding towards the cost of attending the festival in December 2024 in Perth, Western Australia.
All regional finalists will also receive a certificate for their participation.

Curtin Global Pitching Competition Virtual Finale

Don’t miss the final event of the competition as students from Australia, Dubai, Malaysia, Mauritius, Singapore and Sri Lanka pitch their innovative ideas at the virtual Finale! This event is open to staff and students across all campuses as well as entrepreneurs and industry representatives. Places are limited so register early!
