The Curtin Leaders Program is an engaging and experiential leadership journey designed to help you discover and develop your unique leadership skills and attributes. The program focuses on building core leadership competencies, including self-leadership, commitment and self-management, collaboration and communication, diversity and inclusion, and strategy and purpose.
Through reflective practices, interactive activities, and real-world applications, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others, enhance your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and learn to lead authentically. This program empowers you to develop the mindset and skills needed to make a positive impact as a leader in today’s interconnected and multicultural world.
