After the recent lockdown, it is important to continue checking into campus venues using the SafeWA app.

SafeWA is the WA Government’s free online contact register that’s easy to use, safe and contactless.

Information collected via the app will only be used for the purpose of COVID-19 contact tracing by the Department of Health WA and records will be destroyed after 28 days.

Contact tracing through SafeWA allows health officials to quickly identify and assist anyone that may have been exposed to COVID-19.

Help stop the spread of COVID-19 with these easy steps:

  1. Download the SafeWA App from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Create your account as an ‘Individual’.
  3. Check in to venues on campus by opening your SafeWA App and scanning the QR code.
  4. Add the details of friends who aren’t able to scan the code.

You can alternatively check into campus venues by completing a paper-based contact register.
