17 May is International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT). It’s a day for all Australians to stand against discrimination in support of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and queer (LGBTIQ+) friends, colleagues and families.

Curtin is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming culture where LGBTIQ+ students and staff feel supported and free to be themselves. By standing strong together we can support the LGBTIQ+ community, who shouldn’t ever have to experience discrimination, abuse and bullying.

For more information about IDAHOBIT day, visit the IDAHOBIT website.
