Still thinking about applying for the Indonesia Study Tour 2026?

This is your final reminder.

Curtin students interested in gaining international experience, language skills and industry exposure in Southeast Asia are encouraged to submit their Expression of Interest before the deadline.

The four-week study tour takes students across Surabaya, Java and Jakarta, combining language learning, cultural exploration and collaboration with Indonesian media organisations.

Students will:

  • Study Bahasa Indonesia in Surabaya
  • Explore cultural sites and traditions across Java
  • Visit media organisations in Jakarta
  • Work with Indonesian students on communication projects

The program also provides academic credit through COMS3000 Study Tour and includes funding support through the New Colombo Plan to help cover major travel costs.

How to apply

To apply for the study tour:

  1. Attend a Curtin Go Global information session
  2. Email your Expression of Interest to Thor.Kerr@curin.edu.au by 30 September 2026

Your application should include a 200-word statement explaining why you want to join the program.
