Are you interested in understanding how humans learn to make critical decisions in complex work systems? Do you want to be at the forefront of use-inspired basic research that shapes industries like aviation and defence?

Curtin University’s Future of Work Institute (FOWI) is offering a 3-year scholarship for a motivated individual to undertake a Doctor of Philosophy.

This fully-funded scholarship also provides a living stipend of $32,250.00 per annum pro rata indexed, based on full-time studies, for up to a maximum of 3.5 years.

Applicants are required to demonstrate a capacity to carry out independent research and have adequate training and ability. Generally, this may be a master degree or bachelor degree with first or upper second class honours. See the Section 3.2.1 of the Curtin HDR admission policy for detailed information. We encourage EOIs from students who are close to obtaining an appropriate qualification (e.g., in their last semester of a master or honours degree).
