Curtin is pleased to inform you that we have been advised that the State Government has now introduced new arrangements for interstate domestic, and in-country international enrolled Curtin students, to enter the State.

The Returning Students Directions (No. 2) are effective immediately and will now enable more students to return. The new directions apply to students who live in, or are already in, Australia, and include requirements in relation to vaccination, self-isolation, testing, and other health protection measures. We are working with the Government to develop clearer information about what you need to do.  Further detail will be provided soon.

We will keep you updated as soon as we hear more. I encourage you to keep checking the WA Safe Transition Plan website and we will stay in touch with any further information as it becomes available.

Best wishes,

Fiona Notley
Chief Operating Officer and Curtin Critical Incident Team Leader – COVID-19 Response
