Your mental wellbeing can be affected by many parts of your life, from sleep and study pressure to relationships, money, work and your environment.
Mental Health Maintenance is a free one-day wellbeing literacy course created by 20Talk to help students build practical skills in understanding and monitoring their mental wellbeing. Rather than waiting until things feel difficult, the workshop focuses on preventative mental health education and giving you tools you can use in everyday life.
During the session, you will explore a range of wellbeing areas through videos, activities and discussion. You will also complete a wellbeing audit to reflect on your current habits, strengths and areas you may want to improve.
The workshop finishes with a self-care action plan, giving you something practical to take away and use after the day.
This is the final free one-off workshop currently available, so this is a great opportunity to register if you missed the earlier sessions.
