Curtin has partnered with Lifeline WA and MARS to offer Psychologically Safe Futures in Mining, a free eLearning program for WASM students. It will help you understand psychosocial hazards in the workplace and what you can do when you see them.

A psychosocial hazard is something at work that can harm a person’s mental health or emotional wellbeing. It might be extreme pressure. It might be bullying. It might be isolation, poor support, or unsafe ways of working. These risks are real and matter as much as any physical hazard.

In this program, you will learn what these hazards look like, how to identify them, and how to help create a safer workplace for yourself and the people around you.

Start now and build the skills to make mining safer for everyone.
