Hang on – what is the UBL?

University Basketball League (UBL) is a national competition providing a pathway for male and female basketball players to study and play for their universities. UBL is run by UniSport Australia and takes inspiration from college basketball in the United States.

The UBL is a national, student-only competition that exhibits each university’s best basketball talent. There will be thirteen teams across six states competing in the 2024 UBL season.

Entering its third year, the Curtin Carnaby’s women’s side will be coached by Jonelle Morley. The men’s side will be coached by Ricky Grace and Juan McCauley Foo.

Come on down to the Stadium between classes and cheer on your fellow students as they represent Curtin University.

You can also support the teams by watching the games live on UniSportTV if you can’t make it. Learn more about the 2024 Carnaby’s UBL Season here.
