You may be spending more time at home than usual at the moment, but that’s no reason to stop exercising! Curtin Stadium are here to help you stay active during this time of change and uncertainty.
A range of free online resources are being developed for you to access via the Curtin Sport and Recreation Facebook page and the CurtinMoves app to be distributed next week.
Free resources will include:
- Video workout routines you can do from home
- Live broadcasts of group fitness classes that do not require equipment. The schedule for this will be released in the next 24-48 hours
- Access to a private Facebook Group – Home Workouts, Exercises and Inspiration For All – to keep up to date with what is happening behind the scenes, access released home workouts, find inspiration to keep moving and much, much more. This will also be a safe space for you to connect with us and others, and ask any fitness related questions of our team

- Q&A sessions with our Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers
