Uni life can be exciting, but it can also come with pressure. Balancing study, work, deadlines and everyday life can sometimes feel overwhelming.
If you’re looking for practical ways to manage stress and support your wellbeing, Curtin’s enAble Institute is hosting a free 30-minute seminar led by Dr Warren Mansell, Professor of Mental Health.

Whether you join online or attend in person, the seminar offers a short and accessible way to explore new approaches to managing stress and looking after yourself during the semester.

The session will explore topics including:
- Short and long-term strategies to manage stress
