Supported by the Faculty of Science and Engineering and the New Colombo Plan, unique study tours are led by Curtin academics to give you new perspective on your course. Eligible students may be able to receive between $3000 to $8000 to support their global experience.
The Faculty of Health Science run a number of tours throughout the year. Some are discipline specific, others are faculty wide and open to all students. Eligible students can receive up to $3000 to support their experience via the New Colombo Plan.
The Faculty of Humanities offer a range of study tours related to your specific course. Led by Curtin academics and run in groups of Curtin students, you will gain a unique perspective on your course. Eligible students may be able to receive between $3000 to $8000 to support their global experience via the New Colombo Plan (NCP).

East Java Exploration (EJEx) Study Tour to Indonesia*
This project will take students from Curtin, UWA, Murdoch, ECU and Notre Dame to Indonesia for Cultural immersion and project work on their chosen area of interest.
Forgotten Heritage Project in China*
This project is run with Western Sydney University (WSU). Set amongst UNESCO Recognised Sites of historical importance in Tangkou town, Kaiping city, Guangdong province, students will take part in lectures, group work, cycling, site visits, meeting local villagers, visiting local markets, farming, cooking and hands on experience of arts and crafts with local expertise, and Mandarin language training.
