    Overview

    The area of communication engineering represents one of the fastest growing technology areas in the world. With the rapid progress of information technology, the role of communications is becoming even more crucial for increasing industry efficiency and competition. This specialisation explores relevant topics in telecommunications and networking, like mobile radio communications, sensor networks and signal processing.

    What you'll learn

    • Demonstrate a conceptual understanding of fundamental science, mathematics, data analytics, information science, sustainability principles and/or computing, GC1
    • Solve communication engineering problems of industrial and societal significance via innovative and creative design or research, working individually or in teams, GC2
    • Select and use current and emerging technologies to develop and communicate effective and innovative communication engineering solutions to complex problems, GC3
