Graduate tickets

Your graduation ticket will be sent electronically to you on the day of your ceremony. You will be required to display this electronic ticket on your mobile device upon entry into the venue.

Complimentary guest tickets

Each graduate will receive two complimentary guest tickets. PhD graduates will receive four complimentary guest tickets.

Complimentary guest tickets must be claimed prior to the deadline provided in your Graduation Invitation. Unclaimed complimentary tickets will not be available to claim after this time.

Guests must display their electronic ticket to gain entry into the venue. Guest tickets will be issued electronically to the email address provided in the graduation ticket registration. If a guest does not have an email account, their ticket can be sent to the email address of an attending guest.

If you need to change the details of any of your guests, return to the GFP Events registration portal before the published deadline.

Additional ceremony information will be included in the graduate’s registration confirmation sent via Official Communication after the registration deadline.

Purchased guest tickets

Guest tickets may be available to purchase. Tickets may be limited per graduate to ensure that all graduates have the opportunity to purchase tickets. Due to health and safety and maximum venue capacity the availability of purchased tickets will differ per venue. The date tickets will be available will be communicated to you either in the Graduation Invitation sent via Official Communication or in the Registration Notification received after you have registered to attend a Bentley ceremony. The registration notification may be sent via Official Communication or to your personal email address (if you have one in e-student)
