As part of the Dome Precinct Project, necessary construction is taking place at the Curtin Stadium. The café will remain open during this period, but please note the following changes:
Takeaway beverages and reduced food service will be available – seating will be temporarily removed to allow for the works. Limited seating will be moved to the Dome link.
New Shapes class
Exciting news! We’re adding a NEW 45-minute Les Mills Shapes class to the group fitness timetable from Tuesday 9 September. Shapes classes will run at 6:30pm on Tuesdays and 5:30pm Fridays (replacing Core).
Shapes is a 45-minute fusion of Pilates, barre and power yoga, designed to sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups. Using small, controlled movements, it improves alignment, boosts flexibility, and delivers a low impact yet intense workout.
How to join a group fitness class
- Grab a ticket from reception to reserve your place in group fitness classes. The class is considered full once all tickets have been allocated
- Let your instructor know if it is your first time participating in the class.
- If you have an injury, illness or medical condition let us know. The class instructor can give you alternate movement options if you make them aware prior to the start of the class.
