Curtin English has three pathways to improve your English language skills.
General English
Build your confidence speaking English. For students with elementary to intermediate English: ELTS 3.0, TOEFL 25 or PTE 25.
Gateway English
Build your English language skills at a higher level. For students with intermediate-level English: IELTS 5.0, TOEFL 40 or PTE 36.
English Language Bridging
Achieve the academic literacy and study skills for your Curtin University course. For students with higher-level English: IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 52 or PTE 4.
Your English pathway to university
If you’re planning to study at Curtin University or Curtin College, your English courses can be packaged with the Curtin University course that you want to study, to make your student visa application simple.
You may even gain a Curtin English scholarship and have the full cost of your Curtin English course refunded!
