This 6-hour wellbeing literacy training course focuses on preventative mental health education. You will explore different areas that can affect your wellbeing, take part in interactive learning activities, complete a wellbeing audit and develop your own self-care action plan.
Three one-off workshops are available. You only need to attend one session.
