Take a break and recharge with LES MILLS BODYBALANCE — a calming blend of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates designed to improve flexibility, core strength, and overall well-being. Through gentle, flowing movements, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, focused, and ready to tackle your exams.

Curtin students and Curtin College students can take a Body Balance class for FREE on a Thursday at 4:30pm with FreeFit in the Group Fitness Room.
